While the sexual liberation movement of the 60's and 70's told us that we can express ourselves how we want and have sex when we want, regardless of society's opinion, the reality is that 50+ years later, that is still really difficult for many women. We still have experiences where we are shamed for our sexual desires, we often feel disconnected from our bodies and erotic self, and have plenty of situations where we're having un-pleasurable sexual experiences.
